What began as a Plascencia Family Group anniversary block party in 2017,

has evolved into a weekend-long celebration of Baja Sur cuisine, culture & community.

Where it began…

Since opening the restaurant in 2017, each year Chef Javier Plascencia has gathered friends from across the culinary industry to celebrate the bounty of Baja Sur with a fiesta at Jazamango.

And what began as an anniversary party, has evolved into a weekend of dining events in Todos Santos and the surrounding areas with culinary all-stars from around the world, culminating in an all-day fiesta that hosts almost 3,000 visitors.

This year, the Todos Santos & Pescadero Culinary Experience grew into three days of 21 events featuring over 70 chefs, mixologists, winemakers, and producers from Baja California, Mexico, Panama, Argentina, the U.S., and beyond. Together at remarkable partner venues from Cerritos Beach to the Pescadero Huerta and pueblo mágico of Todos Santos, incredible culinary talents & friends collaborated on delicious experiences from bespoke wine dinners, to cooking classes, tastings and more!

Friday , June 5th

The first day of the festival began and ended on a mountain-top overlooking the Pacific Ocean…with a lot of delicious fun to be had in between! Guests chose from seven different events in Todos Santos!

Saturday, June 6th

Day Two of the festival was a spotlight on the best of Todos Santos, Pescadero and Cerritos with over 10 events to choose from beginning at sunrise and ending well after dark!

Sunday, June 7th

Day Three celebrated the end of an exploration of the incredible culture and cuisine of Baja California Sur, alongside the 9th anniversary of Chef Javier Plascencia’s opening of Jazamango!
