On June 5th, 6th and 7th, Todos Santos, El Pescadero, and Cerritos Beach host a lineup of chefs, artisans and tastemakers from near and far, coming together for a series of dinners, tastings, and gatherings.

Friday, June 5

Punta Lobos Hike & Brunch at Cosecha
8:00 AM • Hotel San Cristóbal, Todos Santos

A guided hike up Punta Lobos leads into a farm-inspired, family-style brunch at Cosecha, with carajillos, mimosas, and fresh juices, prepared by chefs Fabián Delgado (PalReal, GDL), Checo de la Peña (Taller de Ostiones, CDMX), Alex Branch (Nao, San Jose del Cabo), and host chef José Manuel Florentino (Cosecha, Todos Santos).

Cooking Demo + Tasting: The Bounty of Baja’s Oceans

Join host chef Javier Plascencia at a private hacienda in Todos Santos for a cooking session featuring three seafood dishes by Oscar Torres (Animalón, Valle de Guadalupe MX), José Luis Hinostroza (Arca, Tulum), and Chava Orozco (Mi Compa Chava, CDMX), paired with wines and spirits in an immersive, bilingual setting.

Cooking Demo + Tasting: French Heritage Cuisine

Learn to prepare classic French dishes with a Baja Sur influence at a private hacienda in Todos Santos, where chef Javier Plascencia hosts a cooking session with Cédric Burtin (two Michelin stars, St. Rémy) and Aurélien Legeay (DUM, Todos Santos), accompanied by wines from Casa Madero and Santo Tomás in a multilingual, immersive setting.

Wine Tasting with Monte Xanic & Sommelier Romina Argüelles

Join Michelin 2025 Sommelier award-winning Romina Argüelles for a guided tasting of Monte Xanic wines with Hans Backhoff paired with bites by Mauricio Hernández (1890), concluding a series through Todos Santos’ historic district, with conversation in English and Spanish.

Opening Night: Taste of Baja California Sur

Kick off the weekend at El Mirador with welcome drinks, curated wine tastings, and live music, as over 20 chefs come together for a first taste of the flavors of Baja Sur set high above the Pacific.

Saturday, June 6

Bienestar + Brunch at Akar Wellness Center

Start the morning with a suite of wellness classes at Akar with two separate sessions, each followed by a nourishing brunch by Chef Colibrí Jiménez (Tierra de Nadie, CDMX), blending movement, Baja calm, and thoughtful Mexican cooking. The first begins at 8AM, a second session at 9AM and guests may choose from Aquaboard, Pilates Reformer, signature BUM classes, or choreographed workout in the aire libre exercise park.

Bienestar + Brunch at El Campo

Join El Campo founder and movement artist Annie Parr for a morning of flow set to a soundtrack to inspire with views of the Pescadero huerta and ocean beyond. Followed by a garden brunch by acclaimed vegan chef Mauricio Alvarez (Epic, Cabo San Lucas).

Cooking Demo + Tasting: Mexicano Legacy
11:00 AM • Hacienda Jardín Pilar, Todos Santos

Join Óscar Segundo and Xrysw Díaz (Xokol, Guadalajara) for a guided cooking session exploring the legacy of Mexican cuisine, paired with heirloom spirits from Herradura in an immersive, bilingual setting.

A garden-set brunch at Elizabeth Ibarra’s Agricole featuring award-winning chefs Javier Plascencia (Jazamango, Todos Santos), Nancy Silverton (Mozza, San Francisco), and host chef Renee Pacheco (Agricole, Pescadero), who will be joined by Valle de Guadalupe’s Kristin Magnussen of Lechuza Wines to pair a beautiful farm-forward brunch in one of Baja Sur’s most beloved settings.

A garden celebration marking Jazamango’s 9th anniversary, bringing together over 70 chefs, mixologists, and musicians for an open-air afternoon of food, music, and community, with food and drinks available for purchase.

And introducing a new offering this year, the Jazamango Luxury Lounge! While the restaurant and surrounding grounds are open for all to savor and enjoy, we've carved out space amongst the celebrations for a little more lounging with shade, comfortable lounge and dining seating, restrooms, service and $600 pesos of Jazamoney to spend exploring the grounds.
